Alan Gill – Managing Director
An associate in the 'Institute of Risk Management', Alan has extensive practical loss control experience within the Construction Sector. He has a comprehensive knowledge of many industries, however his area of expertise is the construction industry and he has worked extensively both in Ireland and the UK over the preceding years.
Alan has been involved in projects such as the DART upgrade, LUAS, infrastructural projects, bridge erection as well as working with some of the major construction companies in Ireland.
Sean Golden - Risk Manager, Corporate
Sean joined Lansdowne Risk Solutions in 2005 as our Corporate Risk Manager and undertakes liability and property surveys through a wide range of industries.
Sean also provides consulting services to our clients, assisting with designing and implementing risk management programmes which address exposures relating to Fire, Security, Health and Safety as well as emergency and continuity plans.
With 14 years industry experience, a certificate in Occupational Safety Management, Intensive Fire Safety, Fire Prevention and Advanced Practical Fire Fighting. He is also an accredited Lead ISO Auditor and Manual Handling Instructor.
Mike Pearce Dip SHWW – Risk Manager Construction and Training
As a qualified trainer in several areas including Manual Handling, Confined Space Entry, Abrasive Wheels and Scaffolding Inspection, Mike has been employed previously with a major construction company as their Regional Health and Safety Manager.
Mike’s experience includes the provision of detailed Health and Safety Policy Statements, Risk Assessments and the undertaking of approved and ‘be spoke’ training packages which include full inductions, on site training and ongoing reviews.
Barbara Duggan - Office Manager and Co-ordinator
Barbara joined Lansdowne Risk Solutions in 2006 and in a very short space of time proved herself to be a valuable part of the team. Coming from an insurance background, Barbara has the experience and skills needed to liaise daily with Brokers, Underwriter’s and our clients. Barbara is responsible for Co-ordinating and planning our Risk Manager’s appointments as well as all aspects of office administration.
Maeve Egan – Business Development & Support
Joining Lansdowne in 2002, Maeve has assisted and been part of the growth and development of the Company. Acting as Office Manager until 2005, Maeve is now involved in the strategic planning and business development of the company. Maeve works on developing and expanding our systems and procedures so that we continue to grow as a Company.
